Heather Dabrowski is a long-stitch bookbinder and artisan based in Arizona.
With a love of books and literature from her childhood and a degree in English, it only made sense that she find such a unique and creative outlet in book binding.
Heather has been recognized in several art venues across the US and featured in publications including the Chicago Tribune in 2005.
Hand-crafted books are an expression of art and that expression can be your own. Heather has created numerous journals, artist books and memory sets for many clients. Her clients span the globe, including Columbia, United Kingdom, Ireland, Poland and there are three journals with our troops in Iraq.
Long-stitch Binding uses century old techniques, the finest leathers and hand made papers from around the world. Each piece is designed by hand, combining color, texture and style into a book that will be enjoyed for years to come. .
