Joyce Baldwin

Throughout high school and college there was always a strong connection between art and science for Joyce.  Science became her first love as her career in research began to flourish and continue for the next 20 years.  Upon retirement, she once again felt a need to be creative in art and began to take watercolor classes with well-known local artists, Darlene Swain, and Brigitte Fail.  Joyce now enjoys learning from and participating with other members of the Laveen Art League and the Phoenix Artist Guild in local art shows.  She is also the Laveen Art League representative to the Arizona Art Alliance.
